Anyone in here know about wells? This brick is deteriorating on my well, all the local well people say they wont touch it because its a dug well and want me to drill a new well. Can I repair this spot with concrete repair?

Dont call the well company, call a mason. Unless the bore, pump, or quality of the water is effected its not really in their wheel house.
This is a simple masonry repair, you could do it yourself. Or if you dont know how watch how they do it and learn for next time

The well companies can’t work on this because this isn’t the 18th century. There’s a standardized way to do wells now – drill, case,, drop in a pump, and cap. That’s all they do. It’s all they’re trained to do. Masonry work on a turn of the century hand dug well is way outside the scope of what they can work on. You need a mason.
