What’s the ONE garden chore you always do before winter? Thanks for watching! -CaliKim & CameraGuy
I’m in Arkansas. After my strawberries go dormant can I cut off all the leaves so they can grow more when spring comes back around??
I’ve been doing this exact thing past couple of days. Spraying the soil, yes! I found some cucumber beetle larvae on my trellis that I used for a watermelon. I found spider egg silk clumps on my shade cloths, so I took a stick and got many, plus I’m spraying shade clothes and trellises. It is tiring. But I’ll have all the shade cloths packed away. More likely to get rain 🌧️ in the fall, too! I use my notes app , too! Crop rotation! I like your videos because they help me know I’m on track. You’re smart, Kim. ❤🪴🌻👍
I think keeping notes of what didn't work, and even what worked great, is so helpful for the following year's garden planning. Thank you!
Save my leaves for compost and have you grow tomatillo this year and going to try to grow them next year
This was very interesting. I'll be sure to spray around and in my beds. I've never even thought to do that. Thank you!!
I can’t stand making comments like this, but I’m gonna do it anyways because I think it will help. It appears as if your filter might be in backwards the water that’s coming out of your tap should go into the inside of the filter then the water that goes to your irrigation system should be coming out the side of the filter the way you have it installed now is upside down the water going into your filter is going through the bottom of the filter and out the side not actually filtering your water at all. I may be wrong, but I just watched this video segment like six times and the way you put it back in you have a cap on that T that is what’s holding your filter in. I think it should be inserted on the other side of the tea so the water goes directly into the filter and then out the side. If I am wrong, I apologize. 8:36
