Guest speaker announced for next meeting of the Swilly Gardening Club

The next meeting of the Swilly Gardening Club will take place on Monday, October 20 at 8 pm in the Buncrana Youth Club (F93 HW6K).

The guest speaker for the evening is Paul McLaughlin, of Ballaghderg Gardening Centre, a large family-run garden centre located two miles from Letterkenny on the Kilmacrennan Road.

He will give a talk about spring bulbs and will do a demonstration of a bulb lasagna in a pot.

There will be plants and bulbs for sale on the night and there will also be a raffle on the night with a chance to win some plants.

Swilly Gardening Club meets every third Monday from March to November each year. The club is open to all and welcomes new members of all ages.
