Live in Kentucky for reference. New construction home, contractors seed all died during summer so went ahead on september 10th and threw down grass seed. No preparation just raked out the straw they threw down. Planning to use 24D in spring and throw down more seed. Using Prennial Rye and TTTF. 4 weeks and this is the progress. Just watering it at 7am and 6pm everyday.
