Laid some Super Turf II LS Tall Fescue-Bluegrass Blend grass seed from united seed on September 16th. Today was the first mow day, I’m happy with results. Dogs had a blast on it during the hot dry summer we had, and I’m pretty sure I had some grub kill in the back lawn. Now to make sure the roots are strong for winter here in SLC, Ut. It’s getting cold and damp, any recommendations would be appreciated!

Very nice growth! And also very dense. Watch out for fungal disease. Dense, heavily watered new grass with longer time in shade/darkness this time of year can enable fungal disease to kill a lot of that nice new grass.
