My first foray into lithops and I'm not sure what's going on here. They're obviously wrinkled, but don't appear to be making new leaves or flowering (I have one in a different pot that is about to flower). I not sure when to water because I can't tell what stage these guys are…..or if I've already doomed them 😅😑
Any advice would be appreciated!

I don’t think these are lithops but I can’t remember what they are called!
You’re good to water. It doesn’t seem like they’re splitting, just thirsty. Probably look a little weird and different because they have such a deep grove. Go ahead and give them a decent soak!
