I feel like most people don’t truly appreciate a road until you gotta pay for one. Then you truly can appreciate how much effort goes into making them. It sure converted me.

Do you get any snow there? Snow is so hard on gravel roads, and everything really.
Great excuse to “need” a tractor to maintain your new investment also lol.
Maybe it’s not so bad in person, but that hill draining to that first culvert looks like it could shed a TON of water and I fear your culvert may be undersized, but I also concede that I’m no expert and from an area way far away so everything I’m used to seeing probably doesn’t apply anyways.
