It hasnt flowered in a few years i thought this was due to pot size so i got my wife to repot it and i think she used outdoor compost and it isnt looking to good rn, how do i go about saving it. Will be buying an indoor potting mix tomorrow. Pot has drainage and i water when i see the leaves droop(tell me if this is wrong this is what i was told). It is in a decently bright room not direct sunlight. I want this plant to be as healthy as possible flowering and bushy, willing to spend money. Also is it worth getting a terracotta pot instead of plastic.

perhaps root rot? check if the roots are black and mushy.
new soil mix might’ve retained too much water
