Do I panic or nah?

About four years ago, a friend gave me a propagation of her FLF. The prop had been living in a jar for at least two years. I was so excited. I took it home, planted him in some soil and soon after, it began to sprout some new growth. After awhile the growth really slowed despite my best efforts, and my mom offered to help me transfer it into a bigger pot. Growth was still slow but it seemed happy enough. I found this sub and then learned transferring might have been counterproductive. 🙃 This past spring/summer, he seemed inspired to become more tree-like and sprouted four or five leaves one after the other. Up until yesterday, all the leaves were pointed upward. I woke up this morning and almost all of them except the very top of the plant look like a fully bloomed flower bud. I have babied Standin on Fidness for years now. Am I about to lose him or am I just letting anxiety win today? lol. I water only when the first few inches of the soil feel dry. He’s in a southwest facing window. Tons of direct morning light, and indirect afternoon light.
