TD Garden, Delaware North’s owned-and-operated, state-of-the-art arena in Boston, marked its 30th anniversary on Sept. 30 with a vibrant Golden Birthday Pop-Up Party at The Hub on Causeway. The celebration brought together fans of the Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics, local leaders and community partners for an afternoon of festivity and generosity.
The event transformed The Hub on Causeway into a lively scene, complete with cupcakes, music, giveaways and photo opportunities. Attendees received goody bags and the chance to mingle with fellow fans, all while commemorating three decades of unforgettable moments in sports, entertainment and community impact at TD Garden.
The City of Boston and Commonwealth of Massachusetts also declared Sept. 30 as “TD Garden Day,” formalizing the milestone for years to come.
A highlight of the celebration was the presentation of a $30,000 donation to Community Work Services, supporting job training and employment programs for individuals facing barriers in Boston. This generous gift underscores TD Garden’s ongoing dedication to its neighborhood and the greater Boston community, reflecting a legacy of creating meaningful opportunities for all.
TD Garden also honored Boston Garden Society members and team members who have been with the company for 30 years with a special meet and greet with Boston Bruins legends Cam Neely, now Boston Bruins president, and Bob Sweeney, now Boston Bruins Foundation president. It was a heartfelt celebration filled with appreciation, connection and unforgettable memories.
