Greenhouse tomatoes and vine ripened tomatoes are the biggest scam, and I am here to prove it.

  1. Hannah made me laugh when she thought Luke was being dramatic. 😂 I think what some may think is “dramatic “ is actually Luke passion shining through. Put a smile on my face. ☺️

  2. I was curious if anybody has found out that this is also true in organically grown tomatoes.? I'm assuming yes, organic just means no pesticides. But I would think that by putting ethylene gas in the air at the grocery store warehouse to get them to get to their ending color might be considered non organic practice???

    Anybody's thoughts?

I'd have to say I was super stoked about my tomato production this year.I had a ten foot mortgage lifter heirloom tomato😃!!!

The weirdest thing is, though. The seed came through some of my old dirt from two years previous.I had actually planted a roma tomato🤣🤔😁 🍅…

  3. What ? I work for greenhouse we take 4 red 1 breaking then ship fresh they stay in northeast but the taste is way better in backyard I pretty much grow same way

  4. you can tell hannah has never eaten anything from the grocery store. family raised her proper 🥹
thank you for the vid luke, love these taste test comparisons ❤️❤️

  5. Thanks for the information. You can tell the difference even when you cut into them. There is nothing like a garden tomatoe. I got some tomatoes at a farm stand and they are no different than the grocery store tomatoes. 😔

  6. I cannot buy tomatoes from the store after growing my own. Wasted money as they do not taste good and I end throwing them all in the garbage

  7. Grocery store tomatoes also look the same..same color, same shape. All GMO. Buy heirloom seeds, you will never buy from the grocery store again.

  8. Love my garden tomatoes and the taste! But it's not just about the taste, right? I care more about health and nutrition benefits. You didn't say much about that, but I am pretty sure you mean that not only the quality of taste is better but the nutrient levels are too???

  9. I've got to tell you this I live in south central Oregon at a elevation of 4100 feet and our growing season starts late and ends early, were already freezing. So growing tomatoes is not easy they just don't get enough time but I watched your videos and learned a bunch of tricks , BAM!!! I got the best tomato's ever thank you.
