Such beautiful white roots! Mine are never that clean looking 😬. How often did you change the water?
Also, I agree that they should be good to go into soil. Make sure to have a well draining soil mix with things like perlite, pumice and tree bark in it.
Edit to add: they might need to be watered often at the beginning when they are adjusting to the soil. Do not pot in a large pot and continue giving them plenty of light.
