I know this has been asked and answered before so apologies, but I’m nervous about the secondary roots on one of my two propagated scindapsus leafs. Two main questions:
-
Should I move to soil now or wait until the secondary roots have developed more?
-
In your opinion, what’s the best way to transplant scindapsus cuttings from water to soil/medium? I’ve seen gradually weaning them off water as an option, as well as going straight to soil.
TIA!!

I think you’re safe planting them right into a chunky well draining soil. Don’t keep it overly wet. It likes to dry down. The leaves really tell you when it needs water. The leaves will start to curl when it’s thirsty. Keep it in a bright area out of direct sun. It’s a pretty forgiving plant.
