Some before & afters from aerating & overseed with Twin City Resilience II 3 weeks ago. A few very rough patches I went a step further with some new topsoil too. Zone 7b MD/DC/VA area, this is after 2nd mowing.
Just a big thank you to this forum and to u/nilesandstuff for his super detailed guides. Moved into this house 3 years ago and never did anything for lawn besides mowing, probably same as previous owners, and it showed, lots of weeds and overall rough shape.
I’m sure a lot of this improvement is from the extra water and general bounce back after a dry summer, but I think it’s looking so much better, a lot less weeds even compared to last fall & spring, and I can’t wait to see how it fares in the spring! And I’m curious to see how long the little sprout in the concrete lasts lol.
