This is one of my last harvests of the year in the UK. I have about 100 chillies in the freezer for hot sauce. Thinking about what to do with these and I’ve never pickled before. Any advice?
Also, they’re meant to be Serrano, but since nothing else has been what it was meant to be this year, can anyone confirm? They’re about 8cm / 3in long.

They look like jalapeños to me. Could be wrong though. Im not the best at identifying peppers by a long shot lol. I use 50/50 water to vinegar. Chop some garlic. Freshly cracked black pepper and some salt. Its all about how you prefer though. I did my banana peppers and cucumbers this year like that and they came out pretty good.
Not to cause controversy, they look like Serrano to me. Tapered nicely without a large bell end like a Jalapeno.
