There were sunflower-like flowers by the river and I dug this up under them. I would like Jerusalem artichokes in my garden for rabbits. I read that they are good for feeding. Is this Jerusalem artichoke?

I know they are invasive and spread a lot. I can legally grow them. They are also for sale, but I haven't found a reasonable offer at the moment.

    I’ve never seen Jerusalem artichokes with pink on them

    Those look to be correct. Better to photograph plants than rhizomes for an ID.
