aerated, overseeeded with twin city blue resilience, top dressed with compost that was dumped in my driveway using the landzie spreader… sprinklers been set on timers ever since. used little stakes with zip ties to keep the hoses off the lawn. fertilized with a lesco starter 18-24-12 slow release after the first mow. going to LIGHTLY spoon feed a quick release granular 24-0-3 before this week's forecasted rain.

happy with the results.

What type of grass is that? Also great job, that lawn looks immaculate!

This is lawn of the year stuff right here!

Where’s the porch chair you admire that beauty of a lawn from!? Need to get you one!

Cool season lawn folks over seeding like crazy because before this their lawns were fried all spring and summer. 🥴

I need to get on the resilience band wagon! Those edges are clean!

Every time I see an American Suburban home it’s the blandest, most boring, oddly designed structure I ever seen.
