Hi everyone, I have these cuttings in propagation, but they have been stuck like this for a few months, they don't grow and the roots continue to dry out, then they make other beautiful live roses, then they dry up and so on. Advice?
Do you cover it? It seems like it would benefit from a tiny bit more humidity. I’m no succulent expert. Maybe ask in r/succulents, they usually know whats up.

Are you watering them at all after the plant develops?
Once the prop leaf grows roots and starts on a new plant it will need water to survive.
You only need to leave them dry while they are developing the first roots

Agreed with the other commenters. Do you cover the container and how often are you watering?
