How to Get an Idol Chipmunk in Grow a Garden
The Idol Chipmunk is exclusive to the Nutty Chest in Grow a Garden. It’s also a Legendary pet with a 14.5% chance of appearing from this chest. This puts it right in the middle of three different pets as far as the odds go of getting it. Even though it’s nowhere near as bad as the Chinchilla, which has a 1% chance.
How to Get a Nutty Chest
The Nutty Chest has a couple of different methods for getting one. Both require participating in the Chubby Chipmunk event. Here’s what you need to know to get one:
Letting the Chubby Chipmunk pet eat your crops during this event can give you a Nutty Chest. You can also speed this process up by triggering the Nutty Fever event. Every time the Chubby Chipmunk pet eats one of your crops, it’ll spawn an Acorn somewhere on the island. Collecting Acorns will give you one of many rewards, each with its own chances. The Nutty Chest has a 5.65% chance of appearing. And then an even lower 2.35% chance of two appearing.What Does the Idol Chipmunk Do in Grow a Garden?
The Idol Chipmunk has the unique ability to perform a song once per 12 minutes for 9 seconds that restores 1.4% hunger per second to all other pets in your garden. While feeding your pets isn’t too complicated in Grow a Garden, this can make idling even easier without having to focus on that.
