Thank you for all the content and information in this page. Seriously. I couldn't have done this without doom-scrolling reddit and dreaming about grass for the last couple months. My wife gives me sooo much crap, but waking up in the morning, sipping a coffee, and staring at the lawn is therapeutic. We put a lot of work in and the fruits of our labor are showing wonderfully! I can't wait to see it in spring!
We bought the house 3 months ago, and the yard was in rough shape. Scalped, dethatched, core aerated, and leveled low spots. Seeded the front with a mix of TCS Obsidian and TCS Total Eclipse. Back yard was Jonathan Green Black Beauty Ultra (I'll slowly mix in TCS over the mext few years) because seeding a half acre with TCS was too expensive.
