COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – It’s not too late to start a classroom garden at your school.
“Sometimes our teachers think that once it gets cool, it’s not a time to be able to grow. But really, this is the ideal time for growing in school settings,” said Randy Seagraves with Texas A&M AgriLife.
Seagraves said through the first half of November, there are more than a dozen crops that can be grown.
