He's droopy and the smallest leafs are yellowing and dying. By droopy I mean that the leafs are facing down instead of to the sun.
I recently got him and he has since put out a new leaf, however when said leaf was coming in it pointed in the wrong direction despite there being no light source behind it, one of the older leaves did the same thing and the smallest ones kinda do as well, it he backwards? Are the white marks thrips? Am I over or under watering? Do I need to change the soil?
I did drop him when I tripped on the stairs up to my apartment and broke one of the leaves and damaged another but otherwise nothing seems to have happened from the fall.

Give him a bigger pot for starters that thing is tiny. Double that!
For the mods: I water once there is only a little moisture left att the bottom. It’s in a south facing window, i am in the nordics, the light is bright enough i tested it.
Wow that’s a tiny pot, plant doesn’t look bad though. Rotate it so it’s not leaning all in one direction, it’ll keep it more upright over time. These guys are incredibly phototropic, by the end of the day they’ll be starting to face the other direction. Cool to watch.
I actually think it’s probably reflecting off the shiny table and the leaves are bending to catch the reflection, combined with them being top heavy from leaning one direction in a small pot. The yellowing leaves are just older leaves dying off as it puts energy into making new leaves which sprout from the middle.
These guys like to spread out. They’ll shoot out rhizomes which grow thick underground, perhaps there’s a big ol rhizome pushing the base and tipping it over as well. Tossing it in a pot like 3x the size will give you tons of new plants in no time.
