Adam Frost will appear at Westmorland Hall in Kendal on Saturday, October 25 as part of his second nationwide tour.

The show promises an evening filled with stories, laughter and insights into the plants and people that have shaped his life and career.

Mr Frost said: “I cannot wait to get out on the road for my second tour of the UK.

“I love how the live shows allow you to connect with the audience in a different way.

“The show will tell stories of gardens, people, music and places.

“And they will hopefully put a smile on your faces.

“Look forward to seeing you all there.”

Billed as his most personal performance to date, the show will explore the inspirations that have guided his journey, from childhood memories to professional milestones, and the unexpected adventures that have come from a life spent in gardens around the world.

Mr Frost will share previously untold stories, including curating a garden in Japan during a monsoon, and meeting personal heroes.

The show will also feature the music that has accompanied his journey through life and horticulture.

Selections include Louis Armstrong’s What A Wonderful World, Marcus Mumford’s You’ll Never Walk Alone, and the Arctic Monkeys’ There’d Better be a Mirrorball.

Mr Frost is known for presenting on Gardeners’ World (BBC Two) and his regular appearances on BBC One’s coverage of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

In 2016, he won ‘Best New Talent’ at the RTS West Awards, and since 2007, he has earned seven gold medals at RHS Chelsea.

He is also a regular contributor to Gardeners’ World Magazine and fronts its podcast.

Beyond broadcasting, Mr Frost runs his own garden design business and serves as an RHS Ambassador.

In 2014, he founded The Homebase Garden Academy to support the next generation of horticulturists.

He lives in Lincolnshire with his wife Sulina, their children, and their cat Ash.

Mr Frost’s latest book, For the Love of Plants: Over 150 plants to bring joy to your garden and your life, was published by DK on 13th March 2025.
