I work at a garden center in central Indiana and getting pansies has been very difficult. I guess the greenhouses were too hot so the original crops did not take.
Can you water the plants with the electrical cord plugged in not being covered by waterproof material?
My word the center vegetable garden pot is divine. Just glorious, especially for fall!

Do you have to add dirt between plants when you plant up your fall containers around the boxwoods or other large plants? Or do they just nestle against each other and that's good enough for the length of the fall season?
Your parents garden center is very nice, would love to see it, love visiting GC's in other cities…those pots in your new display are so beautiful…I have a plastic one, going to paint it up by adding some baking soda to make it look like that!
