Haiiii, I was just given these propagations and I’m not sure what’s ready to be potted in soil, if any of it is lol. Most of the roots look a little small but I was told that they’ve been in water for 2 months already so I’m not sure why they don’t have more roots… Idk what’s healthy and what’s not I just don’t know what to do with these guys lol. Opinions?

    If you look at the end of the roots you can see how it’s a lighter color than the rest, the roots are starting to grow more. The little white specks on the roots are the start of secondary roots. I would highly suggest putting back in the water and placing in a brighter lit area. You should start to see rapid root growth soon. I would wait longer to plant.

    Also, your plant is focusing on keeping the leaves alive rather than growing roots. I would suggest cutting off the oldest leaf, the one closest to the roots.
