Wondering what is the name of the plant and does it produce fruit? Sorry for the blurry photos- was traveling at 65 mph down the interstate.

    I believe that’s a type of yucca but correct me if I’m wrong.

    These are flor de izote (or a type of yucca I guess lol but we call them flor de izote) and it may not fruit but the flowers are edible when in season and are commonly eaten in scrambled eggs in El Salvador
