Every method I’ve seen on TikTok doesn’t work. After cleaning the berries, I put them in a food spinner with paper towels to dry, then place them in Tupperware or mason jars lined with paper towels. They still get moldy after just a few days.
Now I’m trying a different method, cutting them into small pieces after washing, then layering them between paper towels before putting them in mason jars with another paper towel on top. The problem is they’re still so wet even after an hour or two, so I’m wondering if there’s a more efficient way to get them dry.
I’d love to have them pre-cut for the week so they’re ready to eat! Thank you!
