These could end up being very healthy, but don’t conflate overwatered and etiolated with health. A healthy lithops has a flat, not convex, top. It isn’t swollen taut. It’s also mostly within its “soil,” not stretching half an inch or more above. These are great for being new nursery plants but you’ll need to rebury them and let them seriously dehydrate to call them truly healthy.
