I live somewhere super windy so I keep them inside overnight and take it out for sun during the day. Water it every other or 3rd day. They were fine this morning. Why are they wilting all a sudden?

I am using my own mix of fox farm soil with some perlite, coco husky chips and a tad bit of orchid bark.

Flowers wilt quick on peppers especially once they’ve been pollinated. Give it a few days and you’ll probably have peppers budding on the wilts ones

You should probably let the plant enjoy the seasons. Moving it back and forth may not be harmful, but it does come with risk when you change the environment frequently. Even if it’s windy, the plant knows what to do. Perhaps keep it outdoors in the same area but create a little bit of a wind block if you’re really concerned.
