Snake plant keeps developing these brown spots. Eventually the the leaf flops over and I have to cut it (usually occurs after watering). I don’t water often (every 1-2 months) but I do think the soil is a bit too dense. The plant also doesn’t get much natural sunlight (in a bright room but far from the window) but is under a grow light 12-14 hours a day. Anyone have any ideas?

That’s from being too wet for too long. If the soil is dense, you want to change that to make it more airy for easier drainage.
