A garden centre will be offering a “magical” afternoon tea this Halloween.
Thetford Garden Centre is hosting a Witch and Wizard-themed afternoon tea.
The menu is packed with a range of sweet and savoury treats, from cheese and pumpkin scones with chilli cream cheese to chocolate frogs and a ‘Wicked’ pink and green Battenberg.

Adult diners can sip on Earl Grey tea, forest fruit infusion, spiced chai or a buttered brew latte while pear and elderflower fizz, a strawberry sparkle strawberry milkshake and hot chocolate with marshmallows and cream are available for the younger ones.

It will be served in an “enchanted yurt” on Monday, October 27, and fancy dress is encouraged.

The tea is not the only seasonal celebration in the works at Thetford Garden Centre.
The annual Pumpkin Fest begins on October 4 and includes several activities such as pumpkin picking and crafts.
James Feuer, senior catering and hospitality manager, said: “Pumpkin Fest is always a highlight for us, so this year we wanted to add something a bit different with our Witch and Wizard Afternoon Tea.

“Our team has come up with a creative and magical menu with lots of spooky treats.
“It’s all about giving families something fun and memorable to enjoy together over half term.
“We can’t wait to see everyone getting into the spirit. Costumes are definitely encouraged!”
