I've got this lithops i think a week ago, it was fine but has become a bit wrinkly and discolored now, what should I do? Should I water it (I still haven't since I know they don't really like much water)? Should I repot it? Some tips would be appreciated 🙂

I’m sorry, it looks like it might be a goner:( Bottom left edge seems like it’s rotting from overwatering. Is it soft and mushy to the touch? The nursery soil is too organic, and it retains water for too long, leading to root rot. A good soil mix for lithops should be gritty and almost entirely inorganic (like 90%). A mix of pumice, perlite, zeolite, gravel and just a little bit of soil works well. The pot should have drainage holes for excess water runoff. Moisture needs to evaporate quickly, as lithops don’t tolerate sitting in wet conditions for too long – this can easily lead to rotting. They require water very occasionally (based on their growth cycle – check the graph attached). Not sure this one can be saved – but try taking it out of the pot asap and let it dry out for a day. Brown-looking roots that are soft is not a good sign.
