Do you ever shake her? I dont know that it will fix it at this point, but my figs respond well to a good shake weekly.
Its tropical rainstorm time for my figs weekly

Hard to tell in the pic but it kind of looks like it’s pulling towards the sun. Do you rotate it?

I have a very tall and straight FLF (bought it that way) and it was already staked but held closely to the stake. I think you can still do this with a tall sturdy dowel or a decent thickness bamboo.

Looks like it was trying to get to the sun. Reinforce it and pull it into the sun more and shake it a few minutes 2 or so times per week.

Just stake it. Unless it’s outside getting wind often it won’t grow stronger. You could shake it multiple times a day or put a fan on it but you can just stake it.
