After all the positive vibes I was sending to everyone else asking about their peppers turning red.
It'll happen, just be patient.
Meanwhile I'm going through the same thing.
Anyway my last holdout, the Jalapenos are finally turning. So if you're still waiting I hope it happens for you too. I know the season for many of is starting to close.

I usually pick mine green, I find the red ones get mushy faster, both are good, it’s just my preference, since I cook with them everyday, I pick what’s available, but they look great, enjoy!

Same unplanted late and my jalapeno are finally turning red. Now I have no idea what to do with the few jalapeno peppers I have.
I just use red jalapenos to make chipotles (by smoking and dehydrating). (They make really good pepper flakes.)
