Hi new conophytum haver here, i just water them on last Thursday. On the other pot some of them got full round look but some of them still so wrinkly and squishy especially the smallest one. What went wrong and what should i do? Am i not water them enough

If you’re in the Northern Hemisphere, they’re just about to start their season so it’s fine for them to be a tad bit squishy, but over time they should gradually start to plump up. Especially if you’ve just repotted these guys, they’re probably still working on their roots to get established. Just water sparingly.
