I haven't been able to find an exact match on the internet, usually oozing leaves are also damp and mushy, and dry leaves don't ooze.

The tips of my leaves are dry, and have ring-like patterns, with some oozing from the center. Has anyone seen this before?

    It’s rot… it’s overwatering.. dry it out

Cut and dispose of infected tissue. Remove enough of the leaf to be sure there’s no rot/mushy tissue left.

I don’t know if this is normal rot. It almost looks like mosaic virus. It spreads very easily through touch or things you’ve touched that then touch your plants. I would isolate now, prep for repot and repot asap after isolating.

Rot. Take it out of the pot. Cut off mush. Dip or spray it with some hydrogen peroxide. Let it chill on your counter for a few days or a week to dry out before potting again. Do not water prop it. They’re insanely hardy, so even if there’s a salvageable leaf, you can grow a new plant by just cutting it and sticking it in soil.
