The Seed Stages event update in Grow a Garden introduces a brand new mechanic to master called, well, Seed Stages that will offer you rewards based on how far your plants evolve.
Though that’s not all, there’s also a new egg filled with new pets to hatch including Tiget, a new transcendent seed to grab from the Seed Shop and a brand new two-tier battle pass system in Grow a Garden.
So, let’s take a look at the Seed Stages event update in Grow a Garden.

Seed Stages event update in Grow a Garden
To complete the Seed Stages event in Grow a Garden you need to buy seeds from Samuel at the Seed Stages island and tend to them to get them to grow to full size. Visit Samuel at the island between all of the gardens to get your stage one plants, then plant the seeds in your own garden.
You can feed them other plants to give them a size boost, submit or use gear to increase growth speed and (most importantly) mutations from plants you feed to it can be carried over. For example, if you feed it a Shocked Strawberry, there’s a chance your plant will get the Shocked mutation. You’ll be able to see the progress of your plant by walking over to where you’ve buried it. You can then see the growth rate and current size of it.

Once you’ve managed to get them to fully grow, you need to take them back to Samuel and submit them to unlock the next stage of the seed and gain some rewards too. For example, if you start off with an Evo Beetroot I, returning its fully grown version back to the NPC will turn it into Evo Beetroot II.
Here are the plants you can currently evolve through Seed Stages:
Evo Pumpkin I
Evo Mushroom I
Evo Beetroot I
Evo Blueberry I
