Going to mix in with some rice and beans but I have about 2 sheet pans worth and would love any ideas you all have for them. They are super crisp, not too spicy and very tasty, so I want to use up as many as I can before they go bad.

Also, my partner gave me the yearly “I like that you have a hobby but if you don’t clear the 8-10 gallon freezer bags of produce out of my fridge I’ll throw it all in the woods” speech. So there’s that.

PS – someone please please please drop a recipe/brine for making TANGY banana peppers. I’ve done 5 batches this summer and they’ve gotten progressively tastier but I can’t seem to shake that too sweet bread and butter pickles flavor. I need the TANG, Reddit. Please and thank you.

Canning will get things out of the fridge/freezer.

I like to dehydrate peppers and make powder. Makes for some excellent chili, tacos, barbecue, etc

Do you have the freezer space to store them?
I freeze them on a cookie sheet then toss those in a freezer bag and pull one or two out for recipes throughout the year.

Or you could make cowboy candy and can that into jars?
