Is this done? I would like to save something at least, it was growing so nice this summer… I water it every couple of weeks, but it's outside so it gets water from rain as well. It has moderate light (facing south but with a fence that gives shade in front). I thought it was growing too much for the pot but I didn't think it needed transplanting.

Hose it down. Get off as much as you can.
Then use neem oil and soapy water mix in a spray bottle to keep them at bay and kill the stragglers.
Keep it isolated from other plants while treating it.
If they’re mealy bugs keep it away from all other plants while you treat! I am no green thumb by any means but my plants were growing okay until
One got a little bit of what looked like fuzz….
I’ve that issue too. Tried all. They always come back because it’s some small ants who farm them. The best was alcohol 75% on a cotton, my plant was bug free for a week but then they keep coming back. Been a year the plant isn’t dead yet it’s a constant fight.
They don’t seem to attack my non over watered plant, its seem they target weak plants.
I use Neem oil every week and it’s just reduce they number but never kill them all. Beauvaria also.
