I think this would be a sassafras tree! They’re known for having a mix of leaf shapes on the same plant.

Looks like a mulberry. Unless it’s bearing fruit that you want I’d cut it down and treat the stump with Tordon or 41% glysophate. They spread like weeds. I’ve cut down hundreds on my property and have hundreds to go.

If you’re in the US, it’s probably white mulberry (Morus alba), which is an invasive species from eastern Asia. Some plants just have variable leaf shape. The eastern US species red mulberry (Morus rubra) also has variable leaf shape, including large (9+ inch long) shade leaves.
