You should check the roots and remove the rotting ones. This is a complete loss of turgor pressure.

Aww so sad. I hope it recovers. Looks really thirsty. If it is not underwatering or root rot, is the weather too warm or something?

Well, it looks like it’s pushing leaves out through a handful of rocks which are also damaging it. So maybe fix that. And the plants stem is clearly struggling, it’s going straight down into them which isn’t helping
