I found this massive split in my Bottle tree, that is right next to my house. I am guessing this tree is done for? My next big concern is if this is a semi- emergency "get this thing removed before it splits in half and crushes my house" situation?
Can this tree recover from this? Can I get an arborist to trim it up and save it somehow or is it get it out of there time?

Yes.
Seriously tho this is a “failure in progress”
The failure has already begun
The storms today will probably, unfortunately take care of the rest.
need this addressed ASAP
This needs to be taken care of immediately
If it were me and the target was someone of value, I would remove it ASAP. Arborists can use bolts to reduce risk, but that’s up to you and how much risk you are willing to accept.
That tree is wildly overgrown and dangerous at this point. It should come down.
Hang from one side tell it snaps, then put it in a cup of water and you’ll be able to replant it in a few weeks!
That’s a brachychiton tree. They’re awesome. Are you in California?
Bolt it cable in and do a moderate (not overboard) weight-reduction pruning. That tree will be around for decades.
Phoenix arborist, you could potentially fix this with hardware but I’d probably remove the limb
Move your house somewhere else asap!
Call your municipality. This tree could be city property, they might remove it at no cost to you.
Ratchet strap and slap it , saying, ” that baby ain’t going nowhere!”
Remove the tree and protect your house. Don’t run the risk, evthough you have insurance.
Deck it !!!!
duct tape? /s
If you have a lot of money, cable, bolt, and prune.
The lack of common sense in people is just astonishing. The fact that you really needed to ask this question is just sad…
Regardless of your house is at risk or not. The tree is cooked and will need to go.
I had the same thing happen. I wrapped it together with 4 truck ratchet straps up high past the break. Saved my living room.
