Drake is a pet and one of five pets available in Grow a Garden’s Fairy Update expansion, added on September 6, 2025. If you’re hoping to add a Drake to your collection, here’s a breakdown of all the important information you need to know, how to get it, its rarity, and what its unique abilities are.
How to Get a Drake in Grow a Garden
Drake is a limited-time pet that’s exclusive to the Elder Wisp Caretaker’s shop in the Fairy World. It’s also a Mythical pet that you can buy using Fairy Points. In order to get Fairy Points, you’ll need to participate in the Fairy Event and complete Fairy Favors.
But that’s not all there is to getting the Drake. You’ll also have to catch at least 600 fairies before it’s purchasable in the shop. This pet is part of the Fairy Event and may only be able available while it’s running. It’s possible the event may return at a later time or the pet could become available from a different method.
What Does Drake Do in Grow a Garden?
Drake has the unique ability to go to any active Cooking kit and breathe fire on it. This boosts the cooking speed by 13%. That stat may vary slightly, as is the case with any pet based on its age.
