It looks like buxus blight. You can get a wash to apply . There is a few different brands

Its not blight. Its environmental damage. Too much sun, lack of water and possibly nutrition.
They’d be best in the ground.
If you don’t want to, then take them out and renew the compost and add some slow release fertiliser.
Then make sure they don’t go dry like they most likely did. Also if you can keep them in an area that is semi shade.

It seems very much root bound. The container is too small, and it cannot absorb water effectively.
You CAN still save this one by either getting a larger pot, or by planting it in the appropriate place in your garden (ideal if you ca) but you need to act quickly.
