Title says it!
I have a salsa competition next month on the 8th at work!
I have a pretty good handle on making salsa but I want suggestions.
My reapers are going hard and I’ll have a batch of fresh habaneros to make a Caribbean one as well.
Picture of my GF and Pepper plant to bump.

This is awesome! If your co-workers do not like extremely hot, I’d leave the reapers out imo. I’ve been making homemade salsa for so many years now from the vegetables from my garden. It’s all about the little details like the tomato (sun golds for me), garlic, lime or lemon, cilantro. In addition, I’m a pico de gallo guy, I just like the chunkier texture. Tomatoes, onions, hot peppers (I grow dragon cayenne, aji lemon, jalapeno, peach ghost, chocolate scorpion) it’s always jalapenos for me, bell pepper, garlic, cilantro, lime or lemon juice, SUGAR (Im yelling this bc sugar brings out the flavor more), salt, and black pepper.
Are those Serano peppers? Looks great
