Geoje Botanical Garden will hold a Chuseok-themed experience event from Friday, October 3 to Sunday, October 12, inviting families to celebrate the holiday in harmony with nature.

The program offers visitors the chance to explore traditional culture while surrounded by the garden’s seasonal scenery. Activities are designed to encourage reflection on the meaning of Chuseok, while also providing a peaceful and enjoyable break for all ages.

This year’s event introduces two new hands-on classes: one-day jeungpyeon (traditional rice cake) making on October 3 and a traditional embroidery class on October 7.

Alongside these, the garden will host traditional games suitable for families, creating opportunities for shared holiday memories.

By combining cultural practices with a botanical setting, the garden seeks to offer an experience that blends nature, tradition, and celebration.

More details are available on the Geoje Botanical Garden website.
