I have 4 autumn sage that I planted in the spring and purchased them from a good nursery.

They autumn sage look so unhealthy and sparse. I am thinking of planting them in the ground in an area that gets more sun. Currently this area gets about 5 hours of midday sun. Also I am unsure if they look thirsty or over watered. I water it well once a week and when its too dry 2x a week.

Should I leave them alone and thats how they should look when potted or replanting in ground better?

Thanks
