OMG. A fellow Pagoda Village owner, hi!!! Darkening of the leaves, and turning red are perfectly normal for her. As long as she gets adequate light, and only watered when needed, she should be ok. This is mine just yesterday, and she is still like that today. She also darkened considerably before blooming, but lightened to a rich reddish pink since. She’s under a grow light now, because fall in upper Midwest US is finicky, but she was quite a darker shade during the summer when I had her outside in direct sunlight for days at a time. I’ll see if I can find an older pic of that

Do you have any photos of the ones that died after blooming? Not sure what could be the issue

These look like they’re in the pot they came in. Have you tried repotting with a gritty soil mix? Also how often do you water?

It’s really dark and sunstressed red. Too much sun? Repot in cactus soil and horticultural pumice mixed 50-50. Too much bark in the soil. It’s blooming so it’s loving life – for now…

Does this species have terminal flours?
[Crassulla Capitells](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crassula_capitella) appears to bloom biennial. The leaves are very dark, what type of lights are you using or is this an outdoor plant?
These plants don’t death bloom. The flowering isn’t what’s killing them.
What’s wrong with them flowering. Flowering is usually a good sign unless I am wrong……
They look healthy to me.
