Is this thrips or just dusty?

I didn’t expect to be back here so soon but I noticed a couple monstera leaves turning yellow, so I inspected and found white fuzzy on both it and the big guy next to them. Am I just a terrible housekeeper or is this a pest?? I didn’t see any movement.

I water every couple weeks or so. In chunky soil mix in pots with holes. Under a grow light near a west facing window, but only gets indirect light.
