Im thinking leaf burn. Was in full glass window south facing.
Repotted 2 days ago. Old soil was very hydrophobic. Moved from full window to side of window directly out of sun. Did spray with neem oil at night and mist daily.
This isn’t sunburn. Misting doesn’t do anything for indoor plants in terms of humidity, if you’re worried about humidity get a humidifier and don’t use neem unless you see pest activity. This just looks like mechanical damage or underwatering

In my opinion you might have two issues based off the images. The third slide looks like sunburn and the second one looks like root rot. Good you repotted. I find in my experience inconsistent watering routine and over watering causes root rot.
